Stylish floor lamp with excellent customer service
I did have a small issue initially, but I was especially impressed with the customer service. The seller responded quickly and sorted the problem out without any hassle, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase.
Logical instructions, good design and materials, all combine into a very effective item!
The 16 vertical parts screw to one another with the screws provided, the platforms are selected for each level, the lamp holder is screwed in place, the drawer components fit perfectly and the USB brick slots into place - putting the two screws in from below to hold that firmly was a bit of a fiddle, but only for a few minutes. The four little black plugs that locate the lamp shade are small and less than obvious, but fit exactly, as does the clever shade.
