I am not allowed to run and have no room for a treatmill. This machine can be used sitting watching TV or at a desk. Great exercise for strengthening my weak knees. Runs quietly.

Easy to put together.
Easy to put together and sturdy...not used it yet so will update my review at a later date. Didn't give 5 stars as tension band for arms not included in box.
Generally good
Have only had for a day & generally like it but it does need someone w 2 strong hands to put together. Instruction manual not included but available online. During use, it does move, with or without the included mat (my apartment has vinyl floors, not carpet). Might be different on carpet. I find the foot pedals are a bit higher than my Cubii & therefore a bit harder to push the pedals but I can use it.
Great Exercise elliptical Bike
Ok, I am using the Lifepro elliptical as write this review. I received the elliptical very quickly. Once I freed the unit from the box, it was really really well packed, all I had to do was to attach the flat pedals, park it under my desk, and start pedaling. It is a very smooth and quiet machine. It is extremely solid. They also provided a mat that fits perfectly under the unit and yes, the unit does not slide around when you are pedaling. So, set-up was a dream.
