Best thing I've bought!!
On a daily basis I use the clock as more of a timer. I just press the minute button once so the time shows as 00:01 and 10 minutes later I have a pot of perfect coffee. The keep warm function is great, it goes up in 30 minute increments from 30 minutes to 2hrs with the button illuminated to show if it's still on. I have it set to keep warm for 2hrs and because of how I set the time I know if the light is off how long ago the keep warm ended and whether it's still ok without having to touch the pot.

the only downside that i personal have is with the water jug. The colour of the water container is light grey , and the water level marker is very hard to see clearly. i have to hold up the water container to the light to see the level of water in the container against the water level mark. if the water container had bold white markings it would make it easier to read the levels.

If anyone is absolutely up their own wit’s end with efficiency, order and punctuality, it's those Germans. I love them. Equally, I love Melitta coffee makers. Simple, efficient, nice coffee, no issues. This is the third coffee maker I got from Melitta in probably 20 years. They last a long time. I drink a lot of coffee. 10/10 for simplicity and perfection.
