Perfect all in one machine!
This bike is amazing! You can work out your arms, legs, core all the while having back support. I have a knee condition and my physiotherapist recommended a recumbent bike. So this is perfect for me. Very easy to assemble. It’s stable, easy to fold away, looks good, compact and seats are comfortable too. Definitely worth the money.
Good bike for home use
I’ve been using this exercise bike as part of my home workouts and have been pleased with it. It feels solid while riding and the seat is comfortable. The resistance is easy to adjust which is useful when I want to change the intensity during workout. I also find the LCD display helpful for keeping track of my progress. It runs quietly and has been straightforward to use.
Versatile and Great for Home Workouts
Comfortable to use, sturdy and fold away easily making for easy storage. The different riding positions, resistance bands and 16 resistance levels make it feel like more than just a standard exercise bike, as it allows me increase intensity thereby creating a challenging workout. The LCD display and tablet holder are also useful additions. A great option for getting cardio and strength training done at home while saving space.
Not just your average Home Exercise Bike
I have had home exercise bikes before and tbh they were all the same in that they just allowed your legs to freewheel rather than exert any resistance to your efforts. This one couldn't be more different, I settled on it for the 1st time expecting to reel off 30 minutes of spinning in front of the TV, after 10 minutes I had to call it a day. Although this is a home quality exercise machine and fits neatly into a corner of a room when folded up, it offers a gym style workout. Item was reasonably easy to assemble, I am a 73 year old disabled lady. It took me half a day, but I have to rest often. All bits fitted together well and finished product works smoothly very quiet indeed. Comfortable seat with the backrest. Simple to use the digital readings for milage etc. Good weight makes it feel stable. Good selection of seat heights and angles. I'm 5ft tall and the lowest setting suits me fine. I am very happy with my purchase.
