Great quality entry level bike
The bike comes with a well laid A5 booklet, showing the assembly over 9 pages, with exploded-view, parts list, and clear step by step instructions/diagrams. There are a further 5 pages on exercise tips, and use of the exercise computer.
Good exercise bike for a short person.
I am pretty short at 4ft 9” and have always had trouble finding an exercise bike that I can use. This claims to suit down to 4ft 8”. By removing the seat adjustment screw and letting the seat drop down to it’s very lowest and my wearing thick trainers, I am able to ride it OK. I put it together myself, following the instructions, which could have been a tad clearer, but I got there in the end. It is very comfortable I have to say, the seat feels lovely and I am able to cycle and place my hands on the pulse monitor whilst riding. I have yet to try the tension cords, but they are a nice addition

This exercise bike is sturdy and easy to assemble. I am a 125kg 5'10 male and I fit on it without any issues. It is really good value especially because you can also adjust the tension to make the work out harder. It can fit in small rooms too when folded up. The bike has helped my mobility so far and has allowed me to burn alot of calories whilst playing games on my computer. Additionally the LCD screen allows you to keep track of how much calories you have burnt so anyone who wants to lose weight will have an easy time.
