Supportive, Comfortable and Breathable.
I’m a plus sized gentleman and this is the best office chair I have sat on. The seat is broad and deeply padded with memory foam, yet you don’t feel sweaty as it actually breathes well, the mesh back just adds to the comfort, supportive and breathable again. Once you’ve assembled it (relatively easy), it is very sturdy and feels like a quality product.
Decent for a big lad
I'm around 150kg and 6ft. I was a bit worried after reading a review saying it's too narrow with the arms down. To be fair, it's snug but not uncomfortable – I don't feel like I'm being squeezed. The fact the arms flip up is a lifesaver though. When I'm having a wider kind of day, I just lift them and suddenly there's loads of room. The seat cushion is genuinely thick – I've had chairs where the padding goes flat in a month, this one hasn't. The metal base feels solid, no creaking or wobbling.

4.I've always been a cross-legged sitter, even at my desk. Most chairs aren't wide enough. This one is – plenty of room. Seat cushion is thick and comfortable too.
Comfy, time will tell on durability...
So, took about 45 mins to assemble, I was working in a fairly small area so it might take less time if you have more room to manoeuvre - and something to lean it on when you attach the back of the seat! My last bariatric chair lived for 4 years and seems far better quality than this one, unfortunately price drove the choice of purchase. It's comfortable but it just doesn't give me the confidence that the old one did, maybe it is just familiarity. Well it is rated for 227kg, so we will see how it bears up. Fantastic for Big People
I'm a big guy and it has been difficult to find office chairs that are up to the task AND comfortable. This was easy to build, its really re-assuringly sturdy because of the metal base. It doesnt creak or moan, it really feels solid. The cushion is really thick, you sink into it a little but not all the way and its sprung so its still comfy after prolonged use. After a couple of weeks of use, i flipped it over and just made sure all the fittings were tight (tightened a few up a half turn or so) to make sure they were settling and its overall solid now.
