Great chair for the price
The Protoarc EC200 chair has significantly better build quality, comfort and adjustments than the IKEA Markus and is very ready to put together and very nicely laid out and easy to follow instructions and labelling. The seat cushion has a great comfortable depth and firmness to it that is really supportive and headrest is very adjustable.

I’m really happy with the ProtoArc EC200. It feels sturdy, comfortable, and very adjustable. I especially appreciate the lumbar support, which helps keep me comfortable during 8-hour workdays. Best office chair I have had in 50 years.
This is an excellent chair - lots of adjustments, very comfortable, well built. It is, indeed, the best office chair that I have used (I have worked in offices since 1976). The lumbar support is really good (I have a bad back, and this helps very much), the seat squab can move back and forth, the back rake can be adjusted, and (if wanted) locked into place very easily. The head rest is good. One thing that I especially like is that the back is a mesh material, so in hot weather is very comfortable, but the seat is cushioned - again making it very comfortable.

Really nice quality and presentation on unboxing it. Liked how they design it with least amount of plastic used which means less dust to collect on it. I wish the delievery date was earlier. It got all functions you would want in a pc chair.
Almost Perfect: The Best Chair I've Used
This is probably one of the best, if not the best, office chairs I've used. The lumbar support is excellent and comfortable. I like all the adjustments you can make, and I feel well supported after tweaking it for myself. I also like the firm but still soft seat cushion I can see it keeping its shape for a long time.
I finally found 'THE' chair!
But this chair is perfect! For it's price, it has soo many good qualities. Adjustable seat that moves forward or back, back support that can be moved up and down, or even tightened to add more support or loosened to lessen support. A headrest that can be moved. I can have it completely upright, or tilt it ALL the way back so I'm basically reclining, and I can even lock in it for added comfort, and arms that move up and down to give me more leg room. The only downside for me was the seat was a bit hard, but I do have a pain condition that makes my skin and body sensitive, so all I had to do was
