The Perfect Value/Quality Desk Chair
This chair is PERFECT! Quick delivery, high quality, easy & quick assembly, & and exceptional comfort. Adjustability galore, including my favorite, the arms flip up, allowing the backrest to be rolled right up to the desk, maximizing space when not in use. This is an example of really getting what you pay for.
Good support and ergonomics, great customer service, kinda chilly
Installation of the casters was straightforward and I was able to swap them out by hand. The gas cylinder, on the other hand, gave me fits! The video clip included in the support email showed someone gently hitting the base with a mallet. I got my rubber mallet and after tipping the chair on its side, banged on the base for a while with no success. I eventually had to turn it upside down over a couple bins, then use some squeeze clamps and a wooden block to push against the bottom of the gas cylinder and was able to get that off.
