Sturdy, sleek and versatile design. Comfortable for both working and relaxation
The lumbar support works well and had enough adjustment range to get the ideal position for me. The seat cushion has good support and springiness whilst being comfortable and seems like it would not cause fatigue over long periods of sitting. I do really like the adjustable headrest which is perfect for times when just taking moments of rest between working or watching entertainment.
Excellent chair with heaps of adjustability
The instructions for the most part where easy to follow, I built this in about 20 minutes, by myself. The step where you add the mechanism to the seat could have been clearer, there appears to be some room for adjustment, as there were seemingly 3 places it could have fitted and there was no explanation about which set of holes to choose over the others. I chose the middle set (if in doubt, go down the middle), I'm not sure what the difference would be if I'd chose another set.
Good Quality Comfortable chair
When sitting in it the chair has a very slight rock to it when you lean to the sides which I really like, it's just a tiny bit but I find it stops my back from feeling stiff. I think this chair is good quality and will last past the warranty. The only thing is I would of preferred slightly firmer foam for the seat. I am glad I purchased this, the arms go right back completely out of the way. The arm rests are comfortable for me, they have reasonable padding and are alright to lean on.
Excellent Comfort and Support – Great Value for Money!
One of its standout features is the lumbar support, which is well-designed and adjustable - it keeps my lower back perfectly supported without feeling forced or stiff. The 3D headrest provides fantastic neck support too, which is something many other chairs in this range lack. I can really feel the difference during longer sessions.

The biggest draw for me was the 5 year warranty which I'm hopeful for since most chairs tend to fail on me around the 18-24 month mark and this gives me confidence in the product.
