This is a good simple clean design with nice lines. I hate items that look like items for the disabled - beige, cream, big knobs, naff designs. Whilst I probably wouldn’t want this in my home unless I had to have one for a disabled partner, at least it doesn’t stand out in the bedroom as “medical type equipment”. The chrome leg and base are as good as they get, and the wheels are the same as on other functional furniture like computer desks. The top is a very dark brown wood grain pattern which is tolerable. I would have preferred white or grey but it doesn’t scream plastic wood as you walk in

A very sturdy upgrade

It can raise very high, I have an articulated Hospital type bed which is a bit higher than the usual bed and it fits over this with no trouble & has the potential to raise much further in the unlikely event it is needed.

Solid serviceable over the bed table

Middling features - putting it together is fiddly and not intuitive, and at one stage involved my husband losing the two small cylinders inside the crossbar - and those of you who are looking to assemble it will know what I mean. In order to rescue them from the interior I had to use magnets and a screwdriver in a scene reminiscent of TaskMaster. Extraction achieved and further studying the instructions (an admission of defeat in itself) and the device was assembled over the course of the morning,

Great quality, requires careful assembly.

I checked other reviews before buying and was concerned about some customers saying that the height didn't adjust properly but I think they probably didn't assemble it correctly. It is fairly difficult to assemble and the instructions aren't perfect so I suggest careful reading and going slowly with each step. You'll need a large Phillips screwdriver and an adjustable spanner or large pliers. Once correctly assembled it works beautifully and I have no concerns about durability at this point.

Excellent functionality and great value for money.

Very satisfied. Robust and easy to position for my mum both in bed and in her day chair. The chrome frame and dark wood top make it look sylish. Two of the castors have locks so they can be used to stop the table from rolling unwantedly. The size of the adjustable height range is generous and the one button operation is excellent - no messing round with clamps and screws to fix the height. A small amount of assembly is needed and perhaps the instructions could be a little clearer but they're not bad at all. Be aware that a spanner and screwdriver are needed for the four screws.
