as an agoraphobe, exercise isnt always easy for me to get , this seemed like a good idea , and wow it really was, incredibly simple to build , sturdy and quiet, barring the fact there has been changes and the control doesnt have a usb charging passthrough and the desktop isnt one part its really, really doing exactly what i need it to do.

A decent, basic motorized standing desk
Assembly goes fine as long as you are patient and follow the directions as written. There are a couple tricky parts where the orientation of the part is not CLEAR, but if you take your time and read the directions from start to finish BEFORE you start assembling the desk it will not be confusing.
