Arrived well packaged and in good condition. When unpacking I noticed there was some slight leakage but after checking online this is to be expected from transit - there have been no other leaks since.

Great value, easy set up.
For the money, these rails are fantastic. Mounting was straightforward with clear instructions, and wiring in the thermostat a doddle. I chose to wire in the thermostat next to the flex outlet and ran the wires through the wall between the two. In effect placing the thermostat in a similar position to where a thermostatic radiator valve would be. Looks neat and isn't something that needs fiddling with often once you have set up your heating schedule, so isn't an issue having it close to the floor.
Excellent product let down by the programmer
The towel rail is an excellent well made product with a good heat output and it was easy to install. I found the programmer though, to be over complicated and difficult to set. It seems to have a mind of its own and is not helped by the rather vague instructions that are supplied.
Excellent product
It is exactly as I expected. Simple but stylish electric device to provide us warmth in the shower room. It was easy to install and set up the timer, which gives peace of mind the towel rail goes on/off only when needed.
Great Rail needs clearer electrical fitting instructions
Good radiator seems well made Our only problem is that the control box instructions did not clarify whether it could be fitted in a bathroom zone 2. My electrician thought it best to put it on the outside. So I had to buy a new thermostatic element. Later research on Google indicates the box may be IP64. In which case it could be fitted in the room. I would have saved a lot of money if that was stated. It is an obvious question for a bathroom radiator! There was no contact details and when I looked up the company the phone number is disconnected.
