A great multiplayer
- kneading dough: Not magical but it helps. I think it works beautifully with quite wet dough (>50% water (in weight respect to the weight of flour)). but when you knead a dry dough, for example, noodles dough (40-45% water), it may not work like a magic. Capacity also matters here. I have tried 500g of flour with 5 eggs to make pasta dough, the top 1-inch layer of the flour was not mixed into the dough. For a wet dough, 500g was okay. But here, the reason may be that I am not using it correctly. I am still learning. But I do admit that I have my doubts if it's worth kneading with this machine
