Great design, excellent quality...

It arrives well packed and protected from potential dinks or scratches, and that's always the first thing I check for on gear like this. Together with a very detailed/clear installation manual as opposed to the usual single-sheet leaflet, it gives confidence in the hardware before you even start.

Solid dual monitor arm

Good quality monitor arm that feels very sturdy once it is clamped to the desk. I've tried other mounts that tend to wobble with larger screens but this one holds my two displays without any drooping at all. The spring mechanism is quite stiff initially although that actually helps keep the monitors exactly where you want them once adjusted. I used the built-in USB ports at the base to charge my phone and found it works well, really convenient having it built in. It is a bit bulkier than some slimmer models I've seen yet the extra stability is a fair trade off for heavier screens. Overall it i
