Medium firm, not soft
It is a medium firm mattress but a comfortable one, it does need time to breathe to get to its full potential. The quality is very good and the finish is excellent.I am very pleased with it.

The best mattress!
This mattress is unbelievable. It is more comfortable than the expensive igel mattresses that retail for £1499 for the same size. There is none of the discomfort of feeling a hole or dip from memory foam that doesnt bounce back and the springs are there for support but you cant feel or hear them. It is divine. I cant believe they got it in a vaccume sealed box or that that it fills out ready for use in a couple of hours! This mattress gives firm, yet soft full body support and is amazing value for money. It also looks really good on the bed. I love it, thanks so much for a great nights sleep!
