Only negative is the levers are plastic, not metal as it looks. It a a shame as a toaster at this price/look would warrant finer details like this but still happy.

Love the matte finish. Great DeLonghi quality. I got the matching kettle too.
A top quality toaster
A very visibly attractive toaster. My last toaster didn't do a great job on the highest 5 setting so I tried the 4 setting with this one and ended up with burnt toast. My second attempt on the 2 setting was more successful so trial and error is needed to find individual toasting preference. It has wide toast slots, toasted quite quickly and the controls are easy to understand. Very happy with my purchase.
