Easy to install, plenty of nice lighting options and works well with Alexa

The light turns on and off using the wall switch, but any adjustments to brightness or colour are done through the Hue app. I recommend downloading the app and creating a shared account so that everyone in the household with a smartphone can control the light. If I had signed in with my Google account, I would have been the only one able to manage it, so the Hue app works better for us. We also connected the light to Alexa, and it’s fun to switch it on or off using voice commands. You can also change the light tone that way, which is a nice touch.

Fun for a study - gaming or work lighting!

Awesome light can be used with Alexa (no need to buy the bridge unless you want it to change with music - do need the app to pair it though). Added to the study so we can have different lights for gaming and work - it is great. Installed by electrician and looked easy to do! Great functionality, it is expensive but works really well (see cideo)

Very large!

It's taken me a while to review this light as I needed to convert my current wiring for a pendant light to work with this instead, and that's not something I've done before. However, once that hurdle was jumped, the rest of the installation was pretty straightforward. Although it's possible to do it solo (and I did), I do think it would have been made a bit easier if I'd had someone else to assist.
