Bought this specifically to store ring binders. Very easy to assemble, did it in ten minutes. Ideal for storing ring binders and larger books when used horizontally. Much better than the normal ring binder storage solutions offered for sale, strong, lots of space, good price and exactly the right size.
Fits 72 Weetabix Box!
The different sized shelves are great. The smaller ones are still large enough for the height of wine glasses so not that small. The larger ones are great for things like a bottle of olive oil or maybe wine. And they're even deep enough to store my 72 pack of Weetabix, it only juts out ever so slightly.
NOT A SHELF
If you want a box to stand on the floor or on something else, then this is a good product. It made up easily, has a good finish and is just what i wanted, BUT I needed it to hang on the wall. It says it's a shelf, and the description says....sold with a hanging system........ there was no hanging system. I have tried to track down this hanging system with no luck. So, I have a neat little box that would be perfect, but it doesn't fit on the wall , so it is not a shelf. That is why I only gave 3 stars for value.
Great value cube that also looks great
I bought two of the cubes to store books. I didn’t want a bookcase as it just encourages you to keep what you don’t need to. I didn’t want to spend a lot so after checking lots of reviews for similar items, decided to try these. They were very easy to build, feel sturdy and look well made when put together, plus more expensive than what they cost. They are very roomy too so have fitted my books in nicely. Just stacked one at an angle above the other. Really pleased and would recommend if you don’t want to spend much.
Not the best quality but good enough for the purpose
One positive thing to note, I feel, is that unlike some comparable items (Ikea), the hardboard on the back consists of individual panels that slot in to each compartment, aligning with the grooves on all four sides. This contrasts with other designs that have one piece of hardboard across the whole unit with panel pins around the edges which are less robust and suffer if someone smashes items into the compartments.
