If you're thinking of buying it, DO IT.

It is easy to build...if you have good tools. You do have to assemble this piece yourself. It takes 10 steps in total to complete, but I had to abandon the little tools that came with the package and borrow my neighbor's tools. The tool it comes with is fragile, and began to wear down as I was working on it. Pretty quickly, the tool wore down so much that it would no longer twist the screws. So trust me, the build should take about 40 minutes or so if you have good backup tools for small screws.

Sturdy and looks great - all for a very affordable price!

I love this folding shelf. I bought it to display my products at vendor events, and it worked perfectly! I am a Scentsy Fragrance Consultant, and I have to place breakable warmers on this shelf. Because of that, I need it to be strong and sturdy - which this unit is! The size is perfect, and I was able to assemble it easily and without frustration! Nice Bookshelf-Good Value

It's perfect for what I needed. Something not too big to take up some wall space and hide the wi-fi router without interfering with the signal. The shelves seem sturdy enough to hold some decorative items, books, framed photos, a small plant or lamp. The item was not difficult to assemble as it arrived with labels and a clear set of instructions. The only thing I don't like is the hooks, however, I knew it had hooks when I bought the item, so this is not a deal breaker for me. The bookcase is bamboo and looks good. This is a simple item, that is fairly sturdy, easy to assemble and good value f
