Balloons made with high quality Thai latex and they are safe to be used for children; It can be inflated by either air or helium. Avoid direct sunburn and heat which will reduce the floating time.
Per piece Hanging swirl length approx. 1.6ft/50cm after hanging up. Bring some romantic and cozy atmosphere to your party.
The Tissue Pom Pom and Fans are individually packed with easy to follow instruction. Ribbon is included. It is shipped flat and what you need to do is to fluff it out and hang.

Made the house look great for a birthday
Perfect for decorating the living room for a birthday. The only bits we can't reuse are the paper pompoms and balloons. There are loads of balloons so won't need to buy more of them for a couple of go rounds and I can buy pompoms separately if I really want to. Really good quality for the money too.

Really nice set
This is a really lovely set, with loads of decorations. Loads of thought has gone in it with lovely touches like, individually wrapped, paperclips provided to hold the fans in place and a large needle to 'sew' the ribbon through the streamers. I bought this set to try to make my son's 13th during lockdown a bit more special, and it wasn't at all 'girly'. I struggled to make the pom poms look good but I couldn't do them justice as they were noisy to construct and I was trying to be stealth like with my son still awake upstairs! Perfect choice
My friend is purple mad! So what else could I choose for her birthday? It was a good job that I prepared everything well ahead and took the banner and bunting already stringed, and the pompoms made up - they take ages and must be done with care: about 2 hours one evening, sitting in front of the TV and they were done and looked great. The fans and balloons were done on the day. Very impressed with the balloon stickers which meant we could hang the balloons from the ceiling! They looked great. Putting everything up took about an hour. The final effect was excellent.
