Great value under-plinth heater

Overall, a great product, and very reasonably priced. It connects to the central heating circuit via flexible hoses with isolation valves, so it's easy to remove the unit for servicing. It also comes with a choice of 3 faceplates (black, white & stainless steel) to match the decor. The only extra thing I would have liked, would be a built-in TRV so that the output temperature could be finely tuned- but this would probably push the price of the unit up- besides, this can be easily added during installation.

A great way to reclaim the space taken up by a standard radiator

You will need an electrical supply for the fan, if there is a nearby power socket use that, or an extension lead if necessary. The fan only uses a very small amount of electricity so an extension lead is perfectly OK. The heater fits neatly under the kitchen unit and is held in place with a couple of screws through the plinth. The fan is just audible at low speed but rather noisier on boost.

Great value for money and performance

Really good value for money and heats a reasonably large kitchen up to a comfortable temperature really quickly. It is not silent but the noise is not too annoying unlike the fitting kit - would it have been too costly to include black screws to secure the unit and front panel? The zinc coated ones stand out like a sore thumb - now hunting for a permanent black marker to colour them!

Discreet heating

Works well, not noticeable running when oven or tv/radio on but if sat quiet can be heard running as a constant whirring. Saved space in Our kitchen as have replaced radiator with this item.

Still brilliant after a year—the cats and dog love it!

It has been absolutely brilliant. The internal fan does a fantastic job of blowing the heat right across the kitchen floor, warming the whole room up incredibly quickly.
