The edges are built to withstand sitting and do not slope away so no sliding off the edge which is why we then bought a second for a 97yr old family member, stability and safety is important, they love it too.

Best night sleep
I have suffered with lower back pain for as long as i can remember and the other half has pain in your hips we have had many mattresses over the years but can honestly say since having this mattress we have both slept like a log waking up to much less pain highly recommend not hot or sweaty like you get with some memory foam mattresses and no unpleasant odour when first unpacked amazing value for money to A* from us

Very comfortable good quality maybe just a bit too thick as squashes quite abit when you sit on the side.
Mattress + Topper = Dream Team
After two rotations (yes, I’m that person), there’s been zero sagging, no edge collapse, and no mysterious dips that make you question your life choices. We haven’t slept on the mattress solo yet—our topper’s doing most of the heavy lifting—but the base feels solid and supportive.
Amazing mattress
This mattress is brilliant. It’s so thick and comfy. I have a lot of problems with my hip and this really offers a lot of support. I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s fab and I think gives a lot of leading brands a run for their money.
