The bottle gets quite hot while warming so I keep a cloth to the side of it to use to get it out with so just be careful of that. But once out the bottle is fine it's just the residue of water on the outside of the bottle that's obviously hot to touch.

We’ve bought this for our newborn who wakes up twice in the night for feeds but likes the bottles warm. We only use the 24H function which gets the milk to a certain temperature then keeps it there for as long as you need. It does its job perfectly - we take up two bottles of water and two portions of powder in a pot, take the bottle out when it’s time to feed and mix the powder in, then put the other bottle in the warm ready for the next feed.
