Noted
If you have issue with the hosepipe retracting it will be because you left water mains pressure in the hose. Turn off the tap and than plug an attachment into the end of the hose to release the pressure. As soon as you do this each time you won’t have any issues. Retracting the hose with mains pressure in the hose it does cause issues retracting the last few metres as the pipe is more swollen.

Good value hose
Good quality hose reel with all the necessary fittings, fitted nice and snuggly in the van
Sturdy
Seriously good bit of kit. Yes it's heavy weight, but it has secure fixings included (I got a man in to fix it properly to wall as I'm no DIY queen). I've used it a couple of times and it's perfect, stretches out a long way and has good windability. Its fairly neat in size once it's on the wall as it has 180° swivel and there was no problem with the connection to the tap. So many different spray options, whatever your preference. It looks so sturdy and I'm sure it will last for years. I got the white as it was on sale price and feel I've got really good value for money.
A great hose!
The hose is much better than I expected. The quality is very good and solid. I've mounted it onto the side of the house with the plugs and bolts provided and it won't be going anywhere!
