The hose is much better than I expected. The quality is very good and solid. I've mounted it onto the side of the house with the plugs and bolts provided and it won't be going anywhere!

Noted
If you have issue with the hosepipe retracting it will be because you left water mains pressure in the hose. Turn off the tap and than plug an attachment into the end of the hose to release the pressure. As soon as you do this each time you won’t have any issues. Retracting the hose with mains pressure in the hose it does cause issues retracting the last few metres as the pipe is more swollen.

Good but hard to pull 😂💁🏼♀️
Easy to set up, although I am pretty strong and it was like a sled pull trying to pull the hose out the first time. Really wouldn’t recommend this for people who don’t have that much upper body strength to pull it out 😂
