Good Quality
First impressions are of good quality and study so I feel secure using them (I’m 80kg). Nice labels so you can clearly see what weights you’re working with and able to put combinations together to work different muscles. The range of exercises you can do with this is fantastic when you can’t get to a gym, and it all packs up small into a bag. Worth the extra money I think against the ‘foam’ tube ones. A well designed product that works well!!
Very nice quality bands, comes with all the accessories you need.
I needed some bands to help with a shoulder recovery, these looked good and at a fair price. They are certainly sturdy, very professional in finish, and a good range of resistances. The handles and links are very good, and a useful leaflet for what types of excercise for which part of the body is enclosed. Overall, nothing negative to think of, great value for what you get.
