A perfect home workout bench
If you’re after a ‘gym standard’ all singing and dancing bench, then sadly this isn’t for you. But, for those wanting a reliable, compact, reasonably priced home workout bench, this is more than ideal.
Ideal for home gym
Firstly, one reviewer claimed it is made in Germany. Mine clearly states made in China, but obviously for a German company, who appear to have specified a pretty high standard not always seen in Chinese equipment at this price point. I have a Chinese made dip station which is nowhere near the quality of this bench. Amusingly they suggest that you need two or three people to assemble it, but I put most of it together while taking a phone call. It is well designed, the steel sections are good quality and the welding is exceptional. The bench is very comfortable, as are the foam leg pads. My only
Good solid gym bench at a good price
This is a good bench at a good price. I'm sure it can cope with the recommended weight usage. I'm using it outside and storing it there too under a waterproof BBQ cover! Job done. Happy days. If it packs up after a year and I've had my use out of it, I'm happy to get another one, although I'm sure the wood can easily be replaced behind the cushion that you lie on.
