Adjustable
The backrest can be adjusted in 7 positions from 0degrees to 180degrees. These different positions provide different training options: abdominal training, bench press, leg extension, bow and arrow, leg flexion, etc. The weightlifting bed can be folded to save space. Anti-slip rubber feet fix the metal frame to prevent damage to the floor and bench's anti-slip.
Structure
The back trainer adopts a high-quality frame structure, supports a stable metal frame, and can withstand a maximum weight of 150 kg. The rear bracket is triangular, safe and reliable.
