Solid Good Value Firm Quality Bench
I have been using this now for 8 months, multiple times a week with heavy free weights, with the bench inclined, declined in multiple positions. I purposely tested and waited til I posted my review to give an accurate analysis for the home gym user.
Decent piece of home gym equipment
Obviously a proper gym bench will be better but this fits my budget since I want to do more exercise at home.
Very sturdy and comfortable
I’m very impressed with this bench. It has lots of incline settings from straight seated to flat and every angle in between. It has thick comfy padding and an adjustable foot stabilizer. Easy to change between flat and incline. This was important to me since I’m using it currently with the Lift More Beachbody on demand program. It was also very affordable. I highly recommend it as an addition to any home gym!
