Solid Good Value Firm Quality Bench
I have been using this now for 8 months, multiple times a week with heavy free weights, with the bench inclined, declined in multiple positions. I purposely tested and waited til I posted my review to give an accurate analysis for the home gym user.
Ideal weight bench for home fitness
Overall: the bench is great for home, office or garage use and I'm happy with my purchase. It's well made and sturdy and offers many different folding positions. It's comfy to use and cost was decent for this quality weight bench. I would fully recommended the bench and look forward to many years working out on it ☺
Perfect Home Gym Bench
Very happy with this bench, very adjustable and easy to use, would 100% recommend for any type of home or public gyms! 😄😄💪
Very sturdy and comfortable
I’m very impressed with this bench. It has lots of incline settings from straight seated to flat and every angle in between. It has thick comfy padding and an adjustable foot stabilizer. Easy to change between flat and incline. This was important to me since I’m using it currently with the Lift More Beachbody on demand program. It was also very affordable. I highly recommend it as an addition to any home gym!
Decent piece of home gym equipment
Obviously a proper gym bench will be better but this fits my budget since I want to do more exercise at home.
