One-Hand Quick Adjustment: Easily adjust weight by turning the handle-no need to remove plates. This adjustable dumbbell features a 360degrees quick-change system, allowing smooth transitions between exercises for efficient strength training at home.

Safe Stable Design: The auto-lock system ensures weight plates stay securely in place and only release when properly aligned. An aluminium alloy stabiliser enhances stability, preventing wobbling or noise during use.

Well made and designed

Well made and locking mechanism feels secure. I bought these as the increments are mostly 1kg for each step selected ( 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.5, 12.5kg ). Other makes can be as high as 2kg for fewer steps. So I can move easily from one exercise to another and at the weight desired.

Solid and Relative Good Value

Compared to similar products this is good value. The weights shift easily to the ither settings and are solid. There is some slight movement on the individual weights but not more than one should expect and it hasn’t negatively affected their use. Overall length of the dumbbell takes a bit to get used to but it doesn’t affect their use on typical exercises.
