Fits CAP Dumbbells Like A Glove
Fits perfectly CAP dumbbells. The bracket is metal and holds them perfectly with no room for slippage or movement. Relatively quick to change out dumbbells; in less than a minute. I purchased the EZ curling bar one. Easy to stow away under the bed or closet.

Works Well
I have used the heck out of this.... I didn't want to buy plates and kettles, instead investing in dumbbells. This works well for everything I use it for, Upright rows, skull crushers, preachers, wide grip...... I've been using it almost everyday for months, no issues.
