Flyford Adjustable Bench
The bench is robust and made well. The straps are a great addition. Its light enough to move around easily and stored away. However, it does not fold down as flat as indicated and once folded it cannot be locked into that position. Also once folded one of the retaining pins has nowhere to be stored so can be easily lost. Overall its a great bench for the money.

So easy to assemble and great quality it’s perfect for for the house , you can do many different workouts on it , with the straps being so versatile and strong (good quality) and I got it for myself he thought it wasn’t gonna be good now he’s on it more than me , we work a lot of hours and don’t have time for the gym this is perfect for us.

Very good value
For health reasons I can't do press ups at the moment, so I put this in the flat position, lie on my back, set of dumbells in both hands and bench press. The I put the seat at a 90 degree angle and do bicep curls. That's all I need/want it for and it's perfect.
