An abdominal workout without overstressing back

Very excited as well as pleased with this purchase. Just set it up and completed 10 reps. Definitely effective. Extremely easy to set up, directions are clear and straight forward. I’m 5’1, I set it on lowest height to start off and it is comfortable. I love that I will be able to fold and put away in another room when not in use, yes it is portable and not heavy. I find the stability spot on. Again, just in the beginning stages of daily use. Starting off at 3 sets of 10 reps. I can feel the burn in my abdominal area now as I’m writing this review. Brilliantly surprising

So once your pulling your knees up to crunch to abs the trick is to anyone is to not go completely back down to the bottom just keep to near enough bottom keep going to the reps you want to do otherwise it’s really hard to get a rhythm going once you go fully to bottom hope this helps it really works I can see and feel a difference not sure if it’s for men as my husband said he would have to secure it down for him but did like it I found it perfect and I put it together on my own quite easily I’ve never done anything like this before so all in all great value and works well .

Brilliant machine

Absolutely love this machine yes it took me a while put it together as I got the bottom of it back to front haha so had redo it again but I Absolutely love it ive used it everyday now i do 100 every morning and had it just over a month and havnt seen any difference in toning or loosing weight but it does take time im only 4ft12 and weigh 7stone 10lb need tone my baby fat and tone legs will come back in two more months and re view it again then

Core strength excellent

I love this. It's very helpful for a strong core and helps tone up abs, glutes and lower back ive used it everyday since I got it. My belly has shrunk loads 5/5 highly recommended. I will note it is helpful to already have a bit of core strength as you have to use your core to pull your legs up. So if you are new to exercise maybe build up your core strength first.

Love it even with a bad knee no issues

My wifes review :This is fab i was very unfit to start with and found it difficult as iam not very strong well i wasnt but but my word does it work and now i find it so easy and so much fun not someting i thought i would say, i can see and feel a difference its easy to use easy to store as it folds up its very well padded i can even use it with my bad knee, hubby put it togeather without any problem took about 20 mins for him to build even my son has started to use it hes very fit and even he said he can feel the difference using this
