Since taking this photo I have also removed the long side of the pillow as I found two sides isnt needed for me. The pillow works great for on my back as it can rest my knees at the bottom. Then it works great when on my side as it cushions between my legs.

Least Problematic Pregnancy Pillow
I've been putting off buying a pregnancy pillow because they are expensive and seem cumbersome; however, what drew me to this pillow was the ability to customize. I really like the zipping features. The first night I didn't use the top of the pillow and now I use the top and the longer side and haven't been using the shorter back support side. I love being able to chose how I want to use the pillow on any given night. Surprisingly I also really like that the zipping features allow for an arm hole across the pillow.
