Good buy
After being very ill and bedridden for months, I am using this to regain strength by walking slowly. I can't say how it is for running. I am 171cm and the belt is long enough for me plus some. I think it would be fine for people up to about 180cm.
Valuable walking pad
This walking pad is reliable and easy to use, I've been use it over week, it is perfect for home workouts,save me time to out for exercise specially in this cold weather.It runs smoothly, offers useful speed and incline options, and easy to fold up,doesn’t take up much space to store, I am delighted with the build in wheels, make the move much easier.Overall it feels sturdy, quiet, and great value for the price.

I am 5”6 with longer legs and a big stride, the length is perfect for me I don’t find myself over stepping at all. It took me a while to choose and purchase as I was concerned that some walking pads/treadmill were reviewed as being short meaning you have to correct your stride to suit, I have no issue’s with this particular model. I can use it on my carpeted area’s too as it does not catch. It is a little heavy but i don’t find this an issue as the handle bar makes it easy for me to tilt the machine onto its front wheels to manoeuvre around.
