High quality and effective at a great price
DVD player and Freesat box went on the second shelf, and my Kef centre speaker on the one above. Because of the height of the rack I could not put anything on the top shelf without obscuring the bottom of the TV, but I had measured this already so no surprises; unless I take the tv off the wall and stand it on the top shelf, my rack is now full. Looks excellent, the equipment is off the floor, and the cables are much easier to tidy up now.
Very pleased
There is a little scope to change the shelf layout, but not much. I've basically filled each shelf with equipment (turntable, amp, broadband router, Playstation, virgin media box, wii box and NAS drive), but with the playstation and virgin media box, I just bought an black glass monitor stand and placed that on one shelf so it looks like it's part of the larger unit and also ventilates the virgin box fully.
Solid, Stable and Looks Great!
This is a very solid stand that I'm using to support hi-fi units. I have to say the assembly was easy...everything just fitted together really well. I have a turntable mounted on the top shelf and it needs to be absolutely stable...and it is, there is not a bit of movement. It has a look and feel of quality and certainly adds to the visual impact of the various hi-fi components. The price I think is really good too for something so solid and weighty. I'm really pleased with this hi-fi rack and I highly recommend it.

Seemingly sturdy and easy to assemble.
Yes it has metal rods going through but once the tubes/glass are assembled, it is seemingly very sturdy - I have an inkjet all-in-one on the top, amplifier underneath and a variety of other electronics below and it's taken the weight perfectly fine.
