I did experience a small problem. Over a few days the Pole Collar (D1) started to slip down as the arm was swung back and forth. This was because the hole in the Pole Collar was a little over size so it did not grip the pole sufficiently when the screw was tightened. A strip of thin metal as a shim inside the collar easily fixed this. Possibly I just happened to get an out of tolerance component but it in no way detracts from my delight with the product.
