FEATURES: 4-inch smart extractor fan with a built-in Timer and condensation Humidity Sensor. Ideal solution for Bathrooms, toilets, showers, and other humid places. The fan is equipped with a specially designed backdraft damper.
LOW NOISE ENERGY SAVING: The modern design of the impeller delivers a high 90 m3/hour extract airflow rate of 25 l/s. Special exhaust air straitening gators deliver low noise, only 25 dB(A) sound level. Energy rating: A+.
EASY INSTALLATION: The fan is designed for ventilation shaft mounting or air duct connection to ∅ 100 mm. Can be mounted on the wall or ceiling. For remote ventilation shaft location, it is recommended to use a flexible duct connection. Ingress protection rating against access to hazardous parts and water ingress is IP44.
MAINTENANCE FREE: Impressive maintenance-free bearings contain enough grease for 40 000 hrs of non-stop operation. Fitted with a reliable German motor.
ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL DATA: The humidity sensor activation threshold is adjustable from 60 % to 90 % Turn-off delay timer is from 2 to 30 minutes. The fan is rated for operation at ambient temperatures ranging from +1 degreesC to +45 degreesC. Building Regulation Part F and L compliant.

Very quiet and works well
I used this to replace a more expensive branded similar fan - twice I had to replace that because it became noisy. I installed the Fantronix model a few weeks ago and so far all is good. It is quiet and works well. The humidity sensor is adjustable in the same way as the timer, but is obviously trial and error as to the right setting. I didn't change my setting and occasionally I get the fan turning itself on in the night. I would like to change it but I can not get the casing to open, no matter how hard I try, so my advice when you install it would be to not fully close the casing until you a
Not as quiet as expected!
Works well. Quiet until you put the cover on - it starts to emit a loud whine as the cover gets near to the fan which remains after it is attached. Tolerable but a shame as the fan itself is quiet!
