The 1500W motor is incredibly robust. It handles everything from light, airy cake batters to dough with ease. The six-speed settings provide the flexibility to adjust the mixing speed to suit different. This mixer excels at creating light, fluffy cakes, thanks to its consistent and thorough mixing. It also handles large dough batches effortlessly, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the texture and rise of my baked goods since I started using this mixer.
Powerful mixer with a large bowl
The bowl having two handles is great for mum if she needs to move it with a heavy mix in. Whilst you can tip it out with these horizontal handles one-handed (leaving the other hand free for scraping the bowl), I think a vertical handle would make that a bit easier (but I couldn't find a vertical handled mixer that matched the rest of the specs of this one for a similar price at the time).
Great mixer !
It does mix well once all the dry and wet ingredients are incorporated but if you are mixing a lot of mix ( I usually mix between 1kg and 2kg of dry mix) it does get up into the top of he mixing tool even though there is a silicone guard.
Sturdy mixer which has stood the test of time
5 years ago I wanted to make bread. Initially I tried kneading the dough by hand with very mixed results - sometimes the dough would rise, other times I baked a brick. This mixer gives consistent results every time and I have been baking a loaf a week since December 2020 . At first I was suspicious as it made quite a noise and seemed to be struggling with the dough, grunting and shaking as it turned; if it wasn't for the rubber sucker feet the machine would probably wander off the counter.
