The fan and heating system work quietly and efficiently.
The Kwasyo Stainless Steel Dehydrator is an excellent kitchen appliance for anyone who enjoys making dried fruits, vegetables, or jerky at home. The stainless steel design is not only sleek and durable but also easy to clean, giving it a professional, high-quality feel. The 8 adjustable temperature levels allow for precise control, so I can dehydrate different foods perfectly without over-drying or under-drying.
Not your usual plastic dehydrator
I probably bought this at the wrong time of year as it was almost Winter when it arrived. I tried it on some mushrooms and some raspberries. The mushrooms dried really quickly and ended up looking like mushrooms. The raspberries were very shrivelled and fragile but full of intense flavour. I'm looking forward to using this in Summer when there's more things to try. The dehydrator is top quality, made of stainless steel so easy to clean and not liable to rust. It's quiet in use and has lots of trays so can dry many things at once.
Works well but outside does get hot
The outside surface does get very hot so we stand it on some silicone sheeting to protect the work top
Highly recommended.
Bought to make homemade dog treats and what a great buy. The oven is of sufficient size to make a good batch of treats. The finish of the unit is good quality. There is a little vibration noise from the meshed shelves but it's not significant. Overall, highly recommended.
