Great product, shame if you're wiring surface.
I had one issue with this product and that is that the cable entry is on the back of the fitting. This would be fine if you could get a cable to go from inside to outside where you wanted the lights. In my situation that wasn't possible so clipped the cable direct to the wall.
Amazing but expensive
Just what I wanted for my wall light design. I configured it with a “Runlesswire” wall switch. Too expensive though as I needed at least 7 lights.
Excellent outside light fitting.
Now moved on career-wise but spent 10+ years as an electrician and fitted numerous outside light fittings during that time, these are in the top 98% I have ever has my hands on, excellent quality and very installer friendly. From an end-user perspective they were easy to pair to my hue bridge and give an excellent light output in every conceivable colour. Whilst not without limitations the Philips Hue system is (in my opinion) the gold standard and I am glad I didn't purchase an imitation.
Works well and easy to install
Easy to install, just make sure you block up the wire hole and screw holes to make sure it stays waterproof. Works well like all hue lights.
Nice Light for Your Garden
This light is better installed at the back garden where you can appreciate it more!
