So, as in other more recent Ryobi offerings this is a well made cordless tool. I have some of their stuff going back 12 years now, all of which have been well battered during my house renovation. They are all still going strong despite the fact that the later tools are far better made. In a nutshell I know from personal experience that unless you are unlucky, this tool will last a long time and there's little to be gained buying more expensive tools from the likes of Makita. Good item, but sanding sheets are a ripoff

Great item, i have trouble with grip so once this is flat i can move around with ease and it doesnt weigh alot. Ive been using it for doing up my old pine funiture BUT ive had great difficulty in getting the sanding sheets, i only use the p60 grit as i need a good key for the paint, you can only purchase a multi pack of assorted sheets at £10 odd a pack. I cant find any none ryobi sheets to fit as the holes are all in the wrong place making the device clog up with dust and overheat

Great sander.

I would recommend this, especially if you have other Ryobi ONE+ products. It just makes sense for the battery re-use. It is incredibly powerful and great for sanding down large areas quickly. I couldn't tell you the battery life, but I sanded the kitchen walls several times without having to think about charging.

A great addition to any ONE+ RYOBI toolbox

The battery life is very good and gives the user a couple of hours constant use and leaves a really good finish on any material it is applied to.

Great little sander - couldn’t believe how quickly and effectively it worked compared with my old black and decker sandstorm. Such a relief having no trailing cables, and probably more powerful overall.
