Initially, it wasn't obvious how to connect the height adjustment motor to, as the supplied adapter wasn't compatible with UK sockets. But, later realised, there was a socket built into the main power cable (pics attached).

Well worth the money
This is very well constructed and easy to follow assembly instructions it took me about 1/2 hours to do. The buttons for the hight adjuster are easy to program and use the lights are adjustable for pattern, colour and brightness. We went for the 140cm wide the wife said she would use all the bigger size but has adjusted well to it and said how she managed with a smaller one was beyond her. So guys size does matter (apparently). Well worth the money.
Best purchase I've made in a long time.
The instructions were very well thought out, easier to follow than any I've come across, and even notes saying to be careful of certain components orientation or you would have to dismantle to rectify. Ikea take note! From experience if there are two ways of attaching a part I will choose the wrong one first!
Obsessed with this desk
Was a bit skeptical at first as there weren't too many reviews on this desk when I bought it. Boy am I glad I did! The desk is absolutely amazing, incredibly spacious and sturdy. Instructions were very straightforward so I managed to assemble it myself fairly quickly. The height adjustment works perfectly fine so far, and the lights are a nice little touch. The only thing I wasn't too keen on is the sliding keyboard tray - maybe it was just mine but it was not sliding very well and kept getting stuck (was also slightly sticky?), but it did not bother me very much as I decided not to use it any
Excellent Standing Desk – Well Designed, Smooth Operation and Great Value
I purchased two of these desks in black and couldn’t be happier. The instructions were spot on, especially if you’re a bit of a DIY-er. The packaging was heavy but very secure. Extra screws were included, and all the tools required for assembly were provided, which was a nice touch.
