I love this chanderlier, everything about it is perfect. I went through some of the customer's feedback, and I could see that the seller has improved on most of the complaint made by some of the customers. All my crystals were intact, and I got enough spare including the Led, when one of the leds was blinking as it was quite unsteady, I changed it immediately.
Beautiful but dangerous!
3) The biggest concern is the poor instructions and fixings provided to affix the bracket to the ceiling. The weight of the assemebled chandelier is simply too much for the ceiling bracket and I had one side of the bracket pulled clean out of the ceiling due to the weight. Luckily, I was at home when that happened and managed to apply new better quality fixings without anyone getting hurt. The mere thought that somebody, especially a child could have seriously been injured is enough to question the QA process this vendor has or lack thereof!
