A really nice piece. Good quality and only very minor easy self assembly. You have to put the wheels on. The drawers are on proper bearings and glide nicely. The entire unit is metal. The only plastic parts are the wheels and a small stationary tray. It comes with two keys. The packaging though...It comes secured in a metal crate like a motorcycle. They weren't messing around when this was shipped. Price wise it costs about the same as a decent used industrual office pedestal and has almost the same quality.

Unique and efficiently sized to maximise space and utility!

Small space? No problem! I can only fit a desk and a bed in my room and these were perfect! Admittedly the price originally put me off, but I couldn't find any cabinets that suited my needs as I was upgrading my desk to one that didn't have any storage space in. Decided to take the plunge and I am so glad I did. They're well built, and surprisingly have so much space in the regular drawers! This is a good quality metal filing cabinet. It has two other drawers for storage and comes with two keys to lock it. One of the keys doubles as a keychain. It has four wheels for easy manoeuvring and the design of the cabinet is quite appealing too.

Great value, should last a long time.

Very impressed with the quality of item. Drawers are smooth, finish is good looking and it’s built of steel. It came well packaged with padding and extra metal plates inside the box to protect it in transit. It is heavy, I managed to take it up a flight of stairs in the box solo, but two people would make it easier. Fitting the wheels is quick and straightforward, they screw through the frame into bolts. Instructions are clear, lay it on its side on carpet or a blanket, open the bottom drawer and you gain access to the holes, plus a spanner is provided.

Great quality metal pedestal

Ordered on Saturday and arrived the following Tuesday. As per previous reviews, comes really well packaged and there is minor assembly. It's a great pedestal, sturdy and durable and it fits perfectly under my desk and the wheels on it make manoeuvring it really easy. Also having a central wheel is an excellent idea in case I overload the bottom drawer with heavy items. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
