"Comfort Meets Support: A Complete Hybrid Mattress Review"
The hybrid design truly offers the best of both worlds. The memory foam layer contours to the shape of my body, relieving pressure points, while the innerspring coils provide the firm support needed for proper spinal alignment. It’s especially helpful for back and side sleepers like me. I’ve noticed far less tossing and turning during the night.
I nearly cancelled my order because of other reviews, glad I didn't!
I nearly cancelled this order after seeing other reviews, but this is a great mattress, it is soft to sit on but actually firm to lay and sleep on, it is just as firm as my old 30cm full memory foam mattress, it does seem like its going to be really soft when u sit on it, but actually laying on it, it is not soft at all and actually fairly firm, the wife and I love it and sleep well on it.

Excellent quality BUT not medium to firm
Would be 5stars BUT this is supposed to be a medium to firm mattress and it’s like sleeping on a cloud. VERY soft and squishy. Otherwise excellent quality and service (got the unpack and haul away service and the lads were lovely, very professional and very quick)
