Excellent quality BUT not medium to firm
Would be 5stars BUT this is supposed to be a medium to firm mattress and it’s like sleeping on a cloud. VERY soft and squishy. Otherwise excellent quality and service (got the unpack and haul away service and the lads were lovely, very professional and very quick)
