The wife of a friend assembled this on her own without difficulty. I am slightly disabled and just moved into an independent living care residence. This device enables me to use it as a dining table, a writing desk, a reading desk for heavy hardback books, a desk to place my computer keyboard and mouse and use to access my PC (viewed on a TV screen) - all from my armchair. Good range of height adjustment means she can eat her dinner off this when in the chair. The height adjustment is something I need to change for her as you need to do this on both sides and it takes a little more dexterity than she has.

Excellent Product

I've found it really difficult to find a table that goes over a recliner chair for my elderly father to have his meals and then I came across this one, it's perfect! Really easy to put together, light but sturdy so easy to wheel away/to the chair. My father's carers are all really impressed with this product. If you're looking for something like this I can highly recommend it.

Fits over a riser/recliner. Sturdy but easy to move

Wheels are light to move so easy to push out the way or adjust position. The brakes are the only issue, very easy to put on accidently but hard to get off without someone reaching down.
