The fact that they’re battery powered and rechargeable is really convenient because it means you don’t have to worry about having a plug socket nearby. The timer function is also useful – I can set them to come on in the evening without having to remember to switch them on.

Brilliant product. We used inside and out for a party
Very pleased with the quality
First experience with unboxed was that the cabling and bulb holders were of a very good quality. The bulbs are LED filament style with a completely clear plastic bulb “glass”. I expect these can take a few knocks but I was still careful with them. The light strings are 240v - there is no low voltage transformer. This made it much easier to feed through the conservatory window without worrying about a bulky transformer.
Good lights
Very good product with nice warm glow. A few tips. Dont charge it with any old lead. Use the short one supplied. I thought it was generic and used similar looking one I already had for my phone. Consequently, I was left scratching my head as it didn't charge the battery. The one supplied wirked. The end of the cable has an eyelet fitted and each bulb has a plastic clip on their bulbholder. Use the eyelet to create a loop or lassoo by hooking it over one of the bulb clips if you're thinking of dressing a tallish tree.
Easy to install, good garden lights
I bought these to light a 4 x 4 metre gazebo for World Cup Watch parties. They fit neatly around three sides using cable ties and give a good light for eating and playing poker. There is also a good length of cable from the plug to the first bulb.
