Great lamp, undone by its mount
This magnifying lamp is easy to use, bright and stays where you point it. That is once I made my own table mount. The one that comes with the kit is too shallow to get a paper grip on the table/work bench. And with such a heavy lamp, it needs a much more robust mount that wimpy little thing that it comes with. I made a hole in a wood block to stick the base of the lamp into and fastened that block to my hobby table.
Really useful when you get a bit older
Brilliant is the only way to describe it. A bright light and it saves having to swap and change glasses.

Unfortunately the plug didn’t work after a couple of weeks but the usb into a decent plug works.
Brightened up my desk
Does everything i need for my illustration at a very competitive price. It's very sturdy but not indestructible- make sure to use a table that's to spec, don't force it, and keep an eye on how tight you have the fastenings
