Pleasantly surprised – attractive and sturdy, but a couple of omissions
The veneered finish (MDF core, I assume) looks attractive, with a convincing wood-grain pattern and a smooth yet slightly tactile feel. Once assembled, the unit feels sturdy and stable, and it provides a good amount of storage for records and audio equipment.

I really like the design of this unit. Lots of storage for my growing record collection. The compartments along the bottom are a good height. Excellent if you have plastic sleeves on your album covers. The assembly was made easier by all the screws being the same size. The quality and finish is reflected in the price. I bought this for its design and very happy with it.
