Upgraded from Hozelock Compact Reel - it's good.
Excellent upgrade over the hozelock compact reel. So far so good, the winding mechanism is very convenient and set up was fairly simple. I'm keeping mine floor mounted so it's still straightforward to use.
Garden hose reel
Great hose ,very pleased , heavy item took a while to drill holes for bracket , they are large screws and plugs once done very secure , hose easy to pull out and it springs back easily , I would recommend this item

Easy to install and easy to use - hose extends and retracts with no fuss and the spray nozzle offers a wide range of spray modes.
It works very well.
I started using my reel yesterday and although the hose ends came off, I re- attached them and tightend them up tightly, all was well and the hose retracts very well.
